I have been training with Mandi for alittle over a month now. I came to her in need to build strength in my legs. I have had seven knee surgeries and my knees cause at times severe aches and pain. After 40 days training with Mandi my knee pain has improved... my diet plan has been cleaned up and modified, I am feeling stronger in both my upper and lower body especially my core.
